As the lockdown began to ease up in Copenhagen, I decided to host a few of our friends over for a lemon inspired Italian dinner, so of course we had to start off with crisp lemon drop cocktail. I love how refreshing the lemon flavor is without being overly sweet. The raspberries, I keep frozen, to add a pop of color and flavor.
