Simple Green Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1-2 apples any variety is fine
  • 1 lime peeled
  • 1-2 inches fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Instructions
 

Juicer

  • Juice all ingredients, no peeling or chopping necessary (except for the lime)
  • Transfer to glass bottle
  • Mix in collagen powder
  • Optional: top up with some coconut water or tap water for extra hydration.

Blending

  • Chop ingredients into smaller bits
  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Top off with coconut or regular water until everything is covered
  • Pour blended mixture into a bowl through a sieve to strain out the fiber. This step is optional but essential if you want the fresh juice texture.
  • Transfer to glass bottle

Notes

Juice lasts up to 3 days in your refrigerator.
