Ingredients

cucumber

bunch
celery

handful
spinach

apples
any variety is fine

lime
peeled
1-2
inches
fresh ginger

scoop
collagen powder
Instructions
Juicer
Juice all ingredients, no peeling or chopping necessary (except for the lime)
Transfer to glass bottle
Mix in collagen powder
Optional: top up with some coconut water or tap water for extra hydration.
Blending
Chop ingredients into smaller bits
Add all ingredients to blender
Top off with coconut or regular water until everything is covered
Pour blended mixture into a bowl through a sieve to strain out the fiber. This step is optional but essential if you want the fresh juice texture.
Transfer to glass bottle
Notes
Juice lasts up to 3 days in your refrigerator.
